In 2007, the clinic underwent extensive renovation to provide a more comfortable environment for our patients.
In 2010, Gentle Dental Group opened a new branch at Jalan Jurong Kechil in the Bukit Timah area to advance our vision of providing quality care for the western part of Singapore.
In 2016, Gentle Dental Group has opened our third branch in Tanjong Katong, to bring our Gentle Touch back to our old friends and patients in the East Coast region.
Our mission is to provide our Gentle touch for all, to care for our patients and treat them as we would our family and friends, with quality treatment and service. We continuously uphold our philosophy of using modern equipment and materials, as we provide dental care to all our patients.
Today we have a large team of dentists on site which includes cosmetic dentists, childrens' dentists, dental implantologists, maxillo-facial surgeons and orthodontists. To help our nervous patients, we provide in house sedation by visiting anaesthetists, so that no one is left out in receiving gentle dental treatments.
We embrace scientific advancements and are proud to use digital technology for our patients. These includes our acqusition of CADCAM scanners and mills (E4D and Sirona), allowing us to fabricate all-ceramic restorations in house, which can be completed in one day as necessary. We also utilise a soft tissue laser for gum procedures, making the scalpel unnecessary for certain procedures and quickening the healing process. We also have a Digital X-ray systems at all our clinics including a cone-beam CT, which has less radiation than conventional film x-rays and gives more reliable results to help us better diagnose our patients' needs. Only modern materials are used to treat our patients.
We're also proud that children's dentistry is one of the hallmarks of Gentle Dental, and that we've got an excellent team of child-friendly dentists, supported by our Gentle nurses. Kids love to watch cartoons on the overhead TVs while having treatment!
